Atteeeeention!!

Is it us or are all little boys a little crazy?

Our little ray of sunshine, Jude is no different.

And he’s got an amazing ability.

It’s like no other we’ve experienced with Isobelle, Ruby or Layla.

It’s quite remarkable.

He has the knack of making literally everything into a gun and I mean everything.

Coat hangers ✓

Pegs ✓

Sticks ✓

Saucepans ✓

He’s even got the ‘peowm, peowm’ noise to a tee.

But this weekend we took it to a new level.

And it’s all thanks to the legends that are Steve & Adele Saul. (TAG ON FB)

They’ve given us a whole heap of Nerf guns.

I’m talking canons, bazookas, hand guns, zombie blasters the lot.

So as you can imagine, Sunday was absolute carnage.

Foam bullets flying everywhere.

On the roof, over next door, in the hedge.

And we didn’t have to engage in any trips to A&E, bonus!

But I’ll be honest with you.

I’m not sure who enjoyed them the most, the kids or Mat.

He pretended he was just testing them out so the kids could use them.

But I’ve known him way too long to know he was having the time of his life.

Luckily the chaos was interrupted by a torrential downpour.

But that hasn’t stopped Jude planning our next epic battle.

He’s already chosen his weapon of choice.

He’s already chosen what team he wants to be on (Daddies obviously).

And when asked why, he said ‘cus me and Daddy, make the best team’.
