Q: I have a non-digital photo do you offer scanning facilities?
A: Yes we do. But this facility is only available in store and non-digital photos can only be scanned from an original size of A3 or less.
Q: Can I group together multiple orders to save on delivery costs?
A: Yes multiple orders can be placed together at no extra cost as long as they are ordered at the same time. If they are ordered at separate times, please contact us at email@example.com, stating the relevant order numbers and we will take care of the rest.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Your delivery can be tracked through DPD courier service. A confirmation email or text will be sent once the parcel is dispatched and you can track, change, alter the delivery instructions from this.
Q: I’m having trouble uploading my photo?
A: If there are any issues whilst placing your order or when trying to upload your photo, please contact the office on 01543 677794 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: What happens to my file once you have printed my image?
A: Your image will be kept on a secure server for 3 months just in case you need to re-order. Once the 3 month period has expired the file will be deleted. We do not use your image for anything other than your product.
Q: Are your products supplied with fixings?
A: Yes all our wall mounted products (canvas and acrylics) are supplied with wall fixings. Canvas frames are supplied with a hanging hook and the acrylics are supplied with steel wall spacers.
Q: I need my order urgently, do you do a quick turnaround service?
A: Yes we do. Please contact the office on 01543 677794 or email email@example.com to request this. We will gladly be able to turnaround your product quicker but this will incur a surcharge depending on what item you require.
