Well, that was a fun bank holiday weekend, wasn’t it!
Seems like ages ago now.
It was something we’d been looking forward to, a few days for us to switch off and spend some time together as a family.
Who knew that by the end of it I’d come out of it with my own hashtag!
It all started so well, we had loads of fun on Saturday and Sunday with the nice (ish) weather.
We went out walking, played football and even went exploring over Cannock Chase. And then the rain came on Monday and drove us all indoors.
Now, I actually quite like our indoor days.
I love just sitting down and watching a good film, playing (and winning) board games, but I must admit, I do have a bit of a reputation.
I tend to get a bit “mixmuddled”. It happens so often, that the kids have created a word specifically for me.
Let me set the scene.
There I was, answering a question during a game, and I accidentally got the Prisoner of Azkaban mixed up with Aslan. As in the lion from Narnia.
I mean, they are similar. They both start with an A and end with an N, they both have magic in them and they are both scary!
But as I went to clarify something, Ruby stood up, made the hashtag sign and said “hashtag mommy moment coming up”.
Really? Is this what it’s come to? I have that much of a reputation that I get given a hashtag??
But, as I thought about it later, I realised how your reputation can impact peoples opinions of you.
Even in business, you always hear about how peoples reputation precedes them. And we all want to have a reputation of quality.
That we are professional and that’s what people expect when we meet them for the first time.
That first interaction can be the difference between winning or losing a piece of business.
Imagine meeting a client for the first time, they walk in and see your stunning reception area, beautiful wall art everywhere, your brochures on the table for them to flick through…
How could they not be impressed?
It’d be enough to get you your own hashtag…
So, if you want to help enhance your quality reputation and give that amazing first impression, why not give me a call on 01543 677794 or email me at kelly@personalised-nation.co.uk and see how we can make it happen.
P.s if you want to get #mommymoment trending, feel free. It would make Ruby’s day!
