And with all of the projects we have on the go at the moment, we couldn’t have timed it better!
Meet Ben!
Ben has joined us in our production department and will be working with the rest of the team to ensure that we continue to meet your deadlines and produce a first class service!
When anyone joins your team, it can be a bit daunting for them, especially when they are walking into a really close-knit group.
One of the ways that we make sure every new member of our team feels like an integral part of our family is by giving them a welcome pack.
This pack is all of the goodies we’ve created over the years. Which we think is a great way to help your employees understand you from the beginning.
Spookily, just after we made this pack up for Ben, we received an enquiry to build some packs for a company who are going through massive growth at the moment.
Which got us thinking…
What better way to make a new employee feel at home than by giving them their own welcome kit?
It doesn’t matter whether they are remote or in the office, by providing them with their own pack, they will start to get a feel for your brand and it allows them to put their best foot forward right from the start.
Even including your brochures and leaflets to help them understand the message you put out to clients can make the world of difference.
Not to mention the fuzzy feeling they get from seeing their business cards on their first day!
