You just can’t predict it can you?
One day, thunder storms and pouring rain.
The next day I’m melting in the office.
But then again, what else do you expect from the British weather.
It would be nice to have some consistency though wouldn’t it?!?
You know, like the good old days, when summers were kind of warm and the winters had snow.
I remember when I was a kid and I’m sure that’s what used to happen.
Don’t you?
And I definitely do not remember getting snow in Easter, do you remember that a few years back?
I tell you who does remember it, Mat.
He became a self proclaimed ‘snow sculpturist’
And here’s the evidence, meet ‘snow dog’ and ‘snow hoss’.

But now the summer is here, hopefully.
So, I’ve decided to take a break for a few days.
A break from homeschooling, then dragging the kids to work to try and help grow my own business.
I’m not going to lie, it’s been tricky, challenging and sometimes extremely difficult.
And now you can throw into the mix the blinkin ice cream van.
Yep, that’s right, we have an ice cream van come around the unit EVERY day.
And guess what?
We get the same question and same reply every day.
‘Oooh, the ice cream van, can we have one’
‘Nope’
“Oh!’
EVERY, SINGLE, DAY………..
But as I said, a few days off this week.
Garden and water fight time me thinks.

Probably followed by a small alcoholic drink, just to finish off the day.
Better make the most of it.
We could have torrential storms next week.
